Voctails won contest

And the winner is. . . Voctails. The choir from Hardthausen has completely convinced the visitors of the Grand Prix of Pop Choirs 2018 in the Bad Rappenauer Kurhaus. With over 500 points behind the Grand Prix Second, the Choir Royal from Mosbach, the young people sang themselves with “Lollipop,” “The Train is coming” and “We can not sing” in the hearts of the audience, which was also the jury.

Heads of the blacksheep team and members of the choir Remain smoked for half an hour after while counting. The points of three songs had to be added together.

The break filled last year’s winner Remain from Bad Rappenau with gorgeous songs – and showed again his class.

At the end, the placings 1 to 3 were:

• Voctails (Hardthausen)
• Choir Royal (Mosbach) and
• The Smartins (Bad Wimpfen)

The choirs also had great performances

• Ohrwurm (Earwig / Heilbronn)
• Die Mädels (The Girls / Stuttgart) and
• Sing4Fun (Sing4Fun / Eibensbach)

Because the winner of the Grand Prix der Popchöre organizes the choir contest in 2019, it takes place in Hardthausen.
